Under French law, users have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, unless they have expressly used the service during that period (immediate consumption of digital content).
5. User content
The user retains ownership of all content imported into RoamDay (photos, notes, tickets, destinations, etc.). However, the user grants Lunchlab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display this content for the purpose of operating the service.
The user agrees not to import content that is:
- illegal, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights
- violating third-party intellectual property rights
- pornographic, violent, or hateful in nature
Lunchlab reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of manifest violation.
6. Personal data
Processing of personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy. In short: RoamDay only collects data necessary for the service, stores it in the European Union (Supabase EU), and lets the user delete everything with one tap from the app (Profile → Delete my account).
7. RoamDay intellectual property
The application, its design, code, visual identity (RoamDay™, logo, colors), and all elements composing it are the exclusive property of Lunchlab, protected by copyright and trademark law.
The user agrees not to reproduce, modify, decompile, or commercially use these elements without prior written authorization.
8. Service availability
RoamDay is provided "as is" and "as available". Lunchlab makes its best efforts to ensure continuous operation but cannot be held responsible for:
- interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or technical incidents
- failure of third-party services used (Supabase, HERE Maps, Apple, Air France-KLM, etc.)
- data loss due to misuse by the user
9. Termination
The user may delete their account at any time from the app (Profile → Delete my account). This action is irreversible and results in the permanent deletion of all data within 30 days.
Lunchlab reserves the right to terminate an account in case of serious breach of these Terms, after notifying the user.
10. Limitation of liability
Lunchlab's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for their subscription over the last 12 months. Lunchlab cannot be held liable for indirect damages (loss of opportunity, lost profits, business losses).
RoamDay is a planning and memorization tool. Information displayed (schedules, prices, availability, routes) comes from third-party sources and may contain errors. The user remains solely responsible for verifying critical data (flight schedules, reservations, etc.) before any trip.
11. Changes to the Terms
Lunchlab may modify these Terms at any time. The user is notified via in-app notification at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will attempt to resolve the matter amicably. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris will have sole jurisdiction, except where mandatory provisions provide otherwise.
Under Article L611-1 of the French Consumer Code, the user may use the free MEDICYS mediation service, available at medicys.fr.
